Extended 2019 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
In order to accommodate gift giving, please note we will be extending our return policy for the 2019 Holiday season.
All orders placed from today thru December 25th 2019, will have until December 30th to return or 10 business days which ever is longest.
Your item may only be returned as long as you have not worn or sized it.
8% Restocking fee will be waived for holiday season.

In case of damaged product (due to shipping):

  1. Inspect ALL packages when you receive them to ensure the item(s) was not damaged during shipping. If an item appears to be damaged, please immediately contact us toll free (800) 799-1616.
  2. We take insurance on every item shipped; If the item arrives damaged, we must notify the shipping company within 5 days. The shipping company will want to inspect the outer box as well as the damaged item. If you are purchasing an item to give as a gift at a later date, you must inspect the product within 5 days of its arrival to insure that the product was not damaged.
  3. After contacting us, we will give instructions to resolve the issue.

In case of defective product:

  1. Defective products can be returned within 5 days of delivery date. After 5 days, you will need to contact the us to have the product repaired under warranty, if applicable.
  2. If a product is defective, please contact us toll free 800-799-1616 or by email [email protected] If it can be returned, we will send a FedEx return label via email.
  3. Carefully re-pack the watch into it's original packing AND shipping boxes (The watch box is NOT a shipping carton). Remove all original labels that are on the shipping box.
  4. Once you receive the return label, please affix it to the original shipping box. Take the package to your local FedEx Store, or schedule a FedEx pickup and they will accept the labeled package free of charge.
  5. Please do not wear the watch if you believe it is damaged or defective. We cannot accept any watch that has been worn. The watch must be in brand new condition. If the watch is worn, even for a short period of time, it will no longer be "Brand New" and will not be accepted for return.
  6. Once we receive the returned item, we will credit you back the original purchase price to the credit card that was used for the purchase or replace the watch.

Other returns:

  1. Carefully re-pack the watch into it's original packing AND shipping boxes (The watch box is NOT a shipping carton). Remove all original labels that are on the shipping box.
  2. If the watch has been worn, regardless of how long it was worn, the watch cannot be returned. The watch must be in brand new condition. If the watch is worn, even for a short period of time, it will no longer be "Brand New" and will not be accepted for return.
  3. If the watch or band has been resized (including the removal and/or addition of links) or any other alteration to the item, the watch cannot be returned.
  4. If the product does not meet your expectations, (with the exceptions mentioned above) you may return the watch within 5 days from date of delivery. After 5 days your sale is final. Returns are subject to an 8% restocking fee. The watch must meet criteria listed above. Please note: If your watch is delivered to a third party or a different shipping address, you still have 5 days from date of delivery.
  5. You must first get a Return Code from us before returning an item. Please contact us immediately to get a return code.
  6. Write the previously acquired return code on the outer shipping box so that we may identify your return when it arrives
  7. You MUST take insurance on the shipment for the original purchase price, to account for the possibility of damage during the return shipment. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
  8. After shipping, contact us to give us the tracking code for the return shipment
  9. The item must arrive back to Junghans Watches USA in Brand New working condition. Credit will not be given for returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  10. All returns will be charged an 8% restocking fee
  11. Once we receive the returned item, we will credit you back the original purchase price (-8% restocking fee as mentioned above) to the credit card that was used for the purchase. Please allow 48 hours to see your credit posted to your account.
  12. The right to return goods does not apply to products for which discounts have been granted (Sale Items) or custom orders.
  13. No returns for any watch shipped outside the Continent US.
